Fantastic, educated staff willing to help you make a smart bike choice. The service department was also top notch and very fast. There can be a lot of people in the store on the weekend, but the short wait will be worth the quality of help you will receive.

Dropped both my bikes to be worked on and Casey took care of them promptly. They were ready to go and race ready for this weekend. He knew I needed my bikes tuned for racing and he set them up great. He even explained he cleaned my drive train and then added a thin bodied lubricant that reduces metal friction for crisper shifting.I bought a bottle of it, Pro Gold.
