I went to buy my fast growing son a new bike during the COVID19 stay-at-home mandate. Their commitment to cleanliness and social distancing was supreme! As a frontline nurse I wore a mask and brought wipes but found they were ten steps ahead of me with every possible precaution. Thank you for slowing the spread of this virus and keeping my boy on wheels for the past 6 years!
I came in to the store today fully expecting to spend close to $1,000 on the purchase of a new bike with a trade in. Management wouldn’t event take the time to discuss a fair trade in with me. Rather, they sent their salesperson, who was great despite the result, to tell me they were unwilling to negotiate. If you’re wanting to feel like your business is welcome, especially at that price point, go to another bike shop.
