It's nice to be treated nice. I went into the shop for a couple of frame mounting screws to finish up a home bike project. A small no profit transaction for the shop, but I was still treated pleasantly.

Trek deserves a solid 10/10. I brought in my bike expecting to wait a while, but they had it fixed super fast with clean, precise work. They’re professional, honest, and clearly know what they’re doing. The whole experience was smooth and easy — I’ll definitely be coming back.
My bike was 40 years old. I went in to get a new dérailleur and chain and I ended up buying a new bike! Steve was very good at picking out the perfect bike for me and making many adjustments. Also 20%off because the current location is closing. So sorry to learn that. I will miss Trek in East Liberty. Great place!
