Dan is the man!! Super nice, not pushy at all and made it really easy to get the bike I wanted. Feels great when the person selling you the bike is just as excited as you are that you’re gonna be riding a new bike!!
I went to the Trek Store in Shadyside to purchase a new bike. I was greeted by Dio. I explained the type of riding I like to do. He spent a lot of time with me. Dio answered all my questions. He was friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I felt very comfortable during my visit. I ended up buying a new bike and have been very happy with it. I would highly recommend the Shadyside Trek store and especially the manager, Dio.
Updating my review after I paid Trek Shadyside to package my bike for shipment by bikefights and they totally botched the work. If I wanted to roll the dice with an amateur packing job, I would have done it myself. Seriously disappointed. Previous review around covid: I just wanted to drop this positive review to thank all the technicians, store workers, and store owner/manager for their work for the past couple months. Best place I've lever got serviced. Everyone's so nice the Managers literally a dawg and such a beautiful creature love the environment and atmosphere !!!
Mechanics are really professional and friendly, love bikes. Prices are perhaps higher than elsewhere but the service and people are unmatched, it's also conveniently located. Special thanks to Connor :)
