We had such a great experience with the Trek team. We bought a new bike for our 4 year old (his big brother got a Trek bike over a year ago) who was very excited for his first big kid bike. The employee we worked with was knowledgable and kind, helping us pick just the right bike. We were told it would need to be built, and that training wheels would need to be ordered, and that they'd call us when it was ready. Please consider opening Sundays then taking Monday/Tuesday off. Great mechanics but this east end staple is closed on one of the most popular riding days when we need to stop in.
