RecommendedTrek did an awesome job tuning up my very old road bike. The bike had some quirky mechanical problems, but came back to me in beautiful shape. I appreciate the ability to hear what the customer wants and work within that framework. I'd highly recommend the trek service team.
RecommendedGreat safe shopping experience at Trek Bicycle, in the Southridge area of Kennewick, today. The door is locked and an employee greets you, lets you in, and stays with you while you shop. Everyone is masked and very aware of the 6' distancing. There were only 3 small customer groups inside, each with an employee. So disappointed. Service not completed on my bike as it was still dirty when I went to pick it up. After I pointed it out, someone came out with a rag and wiped my bike down. That was it! Very busy, no social distancing, and an 'oh well' attitude. This was NOT done - Align and adjust brakes, align and adjust shifting, adjust headset, inspect bottom bracket, bike wash. A quick test ride around the block. What a joke. Don't waste your time or your money.
RecommendedThis year is new first year starting to ride. I am currently training to do Bike to the Bay(for MS). I love it. Trek (Adam) was so great to helping me to found the right bike. Dave is always helpful when I am have Mechanical issues.

Just got off the phone with.Bob at Bike Barn in Clear Lake. Wanted to see if they have a chain guard for my daughters bike. In the middle of me asking the question, Bob takes a big yawn and smacks his mouth. So freaking rude bro. I asked if he was good and if he’s still with me.
