Was there today get kids bike fixed needed a tube fixed it right away very happy 😃
Seconds after walking in I was kindly greeted by Dave. With a smile, he offered to help me find what I needed. I told him I wanted to convert a set a wheels to tubeless and that I needed valves to do so. He searched for and found a number of options. The store is well organized, the customer service is excellent, and the prices are competitive. I will return in the future. Thanks, Dave.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I hobbled into the store today with a broken cleat in the middle of a 60 mile ride (missing three screws). The tech fixed my shoe and when I went to pay him, he smiled and said, “hey, get out and enjoy your ride!” I’ve been in many times and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m saving my money for a new touring bike and I know where I’ll be buying it!
The bike-finder applet (available online or in the store) is a very helpful tool! It really sets Trek apart from the competition. It helped me make my purchase decision, as well as identify several bicycle components I needed.
The guys here are awesome! Very helpful and great customer service!!
