Excellent staff who are very knowledgeable. You can tell they really enjoy all aspects of the business. It appears that they don't work on oncommission so you get honest & accurate advice. At 58, I've. have a lifetime experience from mountain bike with the husband in Seattle (no kids). Then 2 daughters were starting with litte kids bikes and just keep sizing up including going to UF. The team at the shop are awesome! They were so fast fixing a back tire flat. All other shops said it would take over a week, they got it done within 2 hours on a Saturday. Highly recommend for all of your bike needs! We will be coming back in the future and so glad to have found such a great shop!
I had a flat tire on my bike, and Matt went above and beyond to help me out. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get me back to biking. He explained what he was doing, made sure everything was safe, and even gave me a couple of tips for keeping my bike in good shape. Excellent service thank you, Matt!
Vast inventory of bicycles and accessories in store. The service is very good.
It was good. They repaired/did maintenance on 3 bikes for my son. There's also a beautiful e-bike i saw there that I would LOVE to have, BUT I don't have $2000 for it. Nope! I do not. It's something I'll have to work toward.
