I called about a bicycle that was supposed to be in stock to verify and get them to hold it before I drove 45 minutes and 42 miles to go get it. I was assured that the bike was available and that they would hold it. When I arrived, turns out the bicycle was in the repair shop needing some work on the brakes and was not available for sale. While the salesperson apologized, that really does not make up for the 84 miles and hour and a half I spent AFTER I called. I will not go back and get the bike. I had a very good experience purchasing a Trek Roscoe 8 from Trek Bicycle Franklin. From the moment I walked in, I was helped quickly and guided through the process without any pressure. Ordering exactly what I wanted was simple, and the bike came in and was built right on schedule. Russ was my salesperson, and he made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable with solid customer service from start to finish. Overall, a straightforward and reliable place to buy a bike.

I’m a beginner biker, and this Trek store has been incredible. Russ has been so patient, walking me through everything I need to know and making sure I feel confident. Maggie is also super knowledgeable and helpful. I never write reviews—but I love this store!
