I bought two townie pedal assist E bikes and took them in for their service originally they said the one was two months out of the time to get the free service included at purchase, but they agreed to do it and they got it done quickly and on time and kurt, and Russ and the girl that worked on my bike, couldn’t have been any nicer. I would give them five stars.
Trek Bicycle Franklin is top-notch, and Ryan is the reason why. His customer service is exceptional — you can tell he genuinely puts the customer first. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and goes the extra mile to make sure you leave satisfied. I’ll definitely be back to do business with Ryan and the team. Highly recommend!
