I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I... read more

Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many
