Treetops staff are very friendly from the skier services to the lift operators. Our family has been going to Treetops for 30 years with our cottage nearby and we go back time and time again. Prices are reasonable and it isn't so crowded that you feel like you didn't get much skiing in. Great job Treetops!

Family friendly resort. Nice skiing with great snow! Crazy outdoor hot tub, but wasn't too hot! Had to risk frostbite on the feet to get to it and back. Fun New Years party with fireworks! Extreme tubing was extremely fun! Like to come back and golf here. Legacy Grill was very good. Bathrooms need some modernizing.

It's awesome! We highly suggest it. Loved the indoor/ outdoor pool. With a hot tubb inside and one outside.
Best day care anyone could.ask for. Place is always clean and staff is awesome. They keep the kids busy too.

Had the Wedding of our dreams last night at The Treetops Resort, the staff was wonderful and so helpful. We had the best wedding planner ever @[1443260107:Mitzie Hoeh] I cant thank you enough for all your help. You had my dream in mind and really made it better than I could imagine. I have stayed in the chalets, the Inn and the Lodge. Beautiful scenery. I stay every year. Staff is always amazing . Especially Molly last night. She has great customer service skills. The convention center food is always excellent.

An hour or so after checking out of our room we realized that I left a thank you card with 2 gift cards in the room. My husband left a msg with house keeping manager. No call back. I called the next day. I left a msg for with the house keeping manager. No call back. Day 3-I call. No one answers. So back to the hotel operator I go. After explaining that I had yet to receive a call from the house keeping manager and I would like to speak to any manager, I was put on hold.
