2 years ago, I would of given these apartments 3 or 4 stars, the managers were awesome back then. Now greystar owns it, managers are horrible. The head manager is rude, when you go to her with a problem, she makes it seem like it's an inconvenience for her. The other 2 ladies are nice enough, but not knowledgeable with what they're doing, go to them with a problem, they're happy to help, but never have the answers. RecommendedTreetop appartment has been by far one of the best living experiences Iv had. The inside is so modern and well put together everyone who comes to visits loves it and comments how beautiful it is. I feel super safe with my family and newborn baby. If there’s ever a problem the maintenance guys come and fix it right away. Not to mention the trash valet I don’t even have to leave my appartment they come to the front door and pick it up. No I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy . Everything they said they were going to do they never did . Also they never ever changed the dog area trash . It overflows and smells horrible . The people are the most unfriendly people I have ever met and there was a ambulance and fire truck there at least 2 times for a young girl who was always screaming and running and had the worst language .
I am actively living here and I have had a great experience. The gym is amazing not too big and not too small. The service is amazing too I don’t think I’ve ever laughed as much as I do with the agents in the office but they are very professional and will help you when you need it with no hesitation. Treetops gets five stars from me.
I moved from San Diego to Treetops last Nov. I had never been to Washington, so I pick the apartment online, and rented it, just by the pictures. When I arrived to the apartment and got my keys. The apartment was just like the pictures. I was so happy. My apartment is very comfortable. I love the double sinks in the kitchen. Patio is HUGE. Each room as its own heater (awesome). The staff in the office are never available to assist you anything and when you are able to reach them, they are short with you. They are always putting your mail from UPS/FedEX in the wrong box as if the name and address isn’t visible enough. The apartments are not up to date and it’s always something breaking, or plumbing issues. The walls are extremely thin; it’s like you are roommates with your neighbors. I would not recommend this place to anyone
I used to love this place. The recent manager has ruined it here. The old managers over the previous years here were kind and helpful. The manager doesn’t care about accommodations for my disabled family member, nor do they care to enforce parking that we pay for. There are neighbors here that harass us and the manger does nothing. We shouldn’t have our cars vandalized over a handicap parking spot. The prices go up, but the quality is going down. I will never say a good thing about these apartments! poor staffing, the ladies in the office never cared about a SINGLE issue we had. wether it was the squirrels in our attic, the mold growing, the ‘brand new’ dryer not working, the termites nest I’d found at the bottom of the stairs. not even close to a welcoming presence. they sure do put up a good front while signing the lease at the beginning though! everything was an inconvenience for them. they are over priced, rude, and don’t care about anything but sneakily charging... read more
