Hello Treetops staff, Sorry it took so long for me to get my review in here. I lived Treetops at Chester Hollow for 4 years. I am quadriplegic and lived.there in a handicapped accessible apartment. Treetops front office couldn't have been nicer during my time there. Maintenance was always on top of they're game when addressing all my maintenance issues in a very timely manner. I lived at this apartment complex for 4 years and truly loved my experience. The staff and grounds are wonderful with all the amenities needed. Never would have thought I would have a wood burning fireplace in an apartment and it was a great amenity to have in the winter. The renewal process was always painless and consistently smooth. Maintenance was always prompt with any fixes needed and provided a solid timeline when projects would be finished. I have lived there for 6 months. The property is really well kept landscaping always great lot of flowers and trimmed shrubbery. Staff and neighbors all very friendly great place to live.
Nice clean while maintained and every time I visit it's a nice and quiet area
