We chose Trees R Us based on referral from a previous satisfied customer. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and finished the job in a timely manner. Great cleanup also..
The new owner is terrible. They came over to cut a broken limb on an Oak, and to give an estimate for tree trimming. They cut the limb and never sealed it. Then they were supposed to come back the next day to trim and cancelled on me 4 minutes before they were supposed to show up. Now he refuses to come back and paint the limb that was removed. So beware, this is a different owner now. The new owner (Mike) is a scam.
