I lived there in 2022 and I will be moving back in a few month's. I love the apartment and the management is great! I am so excited about moving back.
We’ve been extremely happy here. We’ve had bad experiences in the past with apartments and this one is by far the best. It’s very quiet, no one bothers anyone and we love our neighbors. Maintenance is always quick to respond to work orders and they always contact us to let us know when they are coming into the dwelling, pest is done regularly and filter changes. Rent is very reasonable too!
I used to live there 2 years ago maintenance guy is a snitch he snitches on everyone for no reason & the new office lady her name is Gail Bennett she is unprofessional so is the maintenance guy they also go into your apartments unannounced they kick u out for random reasons I would not recommend either of my friends or family to move there & I had changed my email address because they notify you when they do filter changes I had changed it a couple months back & they never changed it in their system then they came knocking o... read more
They keep up with maintenance, pest control, and filters often. Have lived here 3 years and had almost no issues.
Nice apartments for a decent price and pretty quiet, only had one issue with a rent misunderstanding but management was pretty quick to clear it up and fixed it.
