Treemont is very nice and quiet. Vanessa and Mike (Maintenance) stay on top of things. If there is a problem, they respond very quickly. I haven't had any major issues mainly routine things. But sadly, my time here is coming to an end because I got a opportunity in a different state.
I can honestly say this is the best complex I’ve ever experienced. They are very helpful and the manger Vanessa is very sweet and they try to help as much as possible. The maintenance man is great if we have an issue he comes right away to fix it. I’ve never experienced anything bad so if you’re needing a place definitely pick this one. They care and love their tenants.
Management is really on top of things and so helpful if I need something fixed maintenance always comes out quickly.
I moved here in December 2024, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, and genuinely care about the residents. The complex itself is clean and taken care of, and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. I noticed some reviews mentioning mold or insects, but I have literally NEVER seen a roach, insect, or mold anywhere. I lived there in 2022 and I will be moving back in a few month's. I love the apartment and the management is great! I am so excited about moving back.
