My experiences with Carlys level of care are always top notch. She's professional, caring, flexible, and takes the time to truly listen and understand the issue so the best health care plan can be developed. She gains as much information as she can before prescribing anything. She's also gone the extra mile by writing informational letters of support to be used in educational settings. I saw Carly and there’s nothing but good I can say. She’s patient, kind, and understanding. I feel like she really listens and I feel comfortable telling her anything. They have staff for scheduling that text or call you to make the initial appointment. Never asked for a credit card like the other review claims. Carly was punctual and didn’t rush me out of the office after three hours of talking. I fully recommend this office and Carly to anyone looking for a new provider.
Obsessively calling me over and over. Asked for a credit card before my insurance. Seems shady.
I left a 1☆ review on here because of their inability to treat each patient fairly and being unprofessional by booking over my child's appointments on 3 separate occasions and canceling after we were already there, but never canceling other people's appointments and keeping my child's appointment. In retaliation to this review my kid was dropped from care. They are awful especially Carly who was at Intermountain before. She has broken my trust in mental health professionals 100%.
