I only lived here my senior year but I had a great experience. The rent was okay compared to other EL apartments and they would respond to maintenance requests quickly. The only downside for me was how tight the parking lot can be. Location is optimal though, close to campus and a 10 minute walk to Grand River.
Don't stay here or anywhere with per person pricing. It's predatory pricing targeting students. You can get larger three bedroom apartments elsewhere in town for less than $1600 total. And 1 and 2 bedrooms are even cheaper.
