Nice and updated but don’t be fooled. My car was broken into (I never got a response from management about the “security” they have), their online website to pay rent usually never works and your account is never accurate—living in 2017 it seems a little ridiculous. The place is nice and updated but I honestly wouldn’t recommend: lack of safety and management. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Why is that all new apartments only for UOA students what about the rest of us.that just want a nice affordable safe place to live
This apartment complex is conveniently located near the UofA and several medical facilities in Tucson. The in unit washer/dryers are very convenient and many apartment complexes in Tucson do not have a dishwasher so these are very attractive and convenient and priced affordably.
