Initially everything went well. He came out and gave us an estimate to cut down a tree and grind 2 stumps. They got the tree down quickly and efficiently; however, they never came out to grind the stumps. It would be one thing if they told us they didn’t plan to come back, but we called 3 separate times. Each time they said they would be out the following weekend and each weekend passed by without them coming out and with no contact explaining that. I would not recommend them as they are clearly not reliable.
