Customer service is non-existent. Missed multiple scheduled appointments. The pests came back worse than before. Not thorough with inspection or treatment. Bad attitude from the staff. We felt scammed. Took payment upfront and delayed service. Terrible at follow-up and maintenance.
Promised a call-back—never heard from them again. Treatment wore off way too fast. Didn’t resolve the issue and refused a refund. Service felt rushed and incomplete. They left trash in our backyard. Gave us incorrect advice and wrong treatment. Completely ineffective for termite control. Not worth the money.
They never showed up for the follow-up visit they promised.
We paid a lot and saw no improvement. Waste of money.
