I don't like to give bad ratings to companies, but Tree Wizard in this instance deserves it. I had someone come out a week ago for a bid. He seemed knowledgeable and friendly. Fast-forward a week, and I had no official bid. I tried calling twice with no luck. The third call, I finally got through to someone. They seemed surprised I hadn't received the bid, apologized, took down my e-mail for the second time, and said they would send it out. Hours later, I've gotten nothing.
