In the four weeks since moving here, I've slept only a handful of nights for more than 5 hours, despite running two window air conditioners and three fans 24/7 in a one bedroom apartment. Neighbors here stomp, slam cabinets, seem to start their move-ins and move-outs, and drop things on the laminate floors at all hours of the night and early morning. I would like to say my recent visit/showing at the Tree Tops Apartments was impeccable! From the moment I was greeted by Mario, there was a sense of warmth, and I felt welcomed. Attempted to deliver a package to this location. Called the office during business hours but no response. Then I saw the Employee pass by me, looked me straight in the eye and saw me with the package but completely ignored me. But I figured we'll now I know why they did not answer. So I tried again and still no response. Since the recipient was not home and I had no way of entering the building and the residents who did come through also would not let me enter which was mostly understandable, I was not able to make the deliv... read more
I have lived at Tree Tops for going on four years now, but I recently moved units due to some unforeseen circumstances. I had to move out of my old unit suddenly and quickly, but Mario made it possible for me to stay in the community and location I love. Mario made the move seamless and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Mario has made significant positive changes to our building and community and a shoutout is the least I can do! Thank you for making Tree Tops a place people want to live and stay in!
Great building, mgmt is solid. Only gripe is the automatic air fresheners in the hallways, they are overpowering and if you are unlucky enough to have one installed on the other side of your wall, will bleed the noxious scent into your apartment. The problem is easily solved, but pops up again every time they refill the fresheners. Complaining seems to solve it for about 6 months, then back to chemical warfare.
