Safe area, great management and sense of community within my neighbors
It’s been a month since I located from Washington into my apartment; Tree Tops Apartments. Besides of the fact I am less than 5 minutes to my Daughter’s home, I really enjoy living here. The tenants I run into, all are very nice and friendly. I do feel safe living here. My apartment is spacious, functional, clean and well maintained with modern appliances. I have lived here for 3 years and the current office manager, Mario, is the absolute BEST. He always answers my emails quickly and I can typically find him in the office. He is friendly and I feel he has really improved the building. Previous managers haven't been as good as him and never answered my emails. Having him be so helpful and available has made such a huge difference. The maintenance man, Al, is always kind and helpful. I don't think I have ever needed to wait more than a day for him to help. I have had a great experience living here from the nice interactions with neighbors to friendly property managers like Mario who has been extra helpful throughout my time living here. There were often events he posted to the whole building which made living here feel like a community. I went to him with a problem and he not only helped me get sorted out but was eager to help.
