Mario is a great property manager. He definitely will work with you to get the apartment that you want while also being honest and realistic. My best friend has been living in the apartment for well over a year and all I’ve heard is great things and now I’m looking forward to moving in as well. Thank you again Mario for everything
Lived here for over a year and really enjoyed it. Mario is a fantastic property manager. Maintenance guys were extremely nice and the response was always quick. Best value apartment living in Uptown.
Currently in the process of leasing and trying to move in. Mario has been absolutely amazing! He is on top of everything and so unbelievably kind. The process has been quick, very transparent, and overall enjoyable, which was unexpected but happily received as a first time renter!
I have loved living at Tree Tops. The management is great & I have felt comfortable asking any questions. Mario is professional, communicative, and kind. The building is clean & the few maintenance issues have been taken care of quickly. It's also great being near the lakes & bike path with easy access to the highway. Overall great experience!
