Mario is amazing! He brings so much life to the community and the building. By far the best placed we’ve lived.
The move in was easy and everyone was kind. There's a good culture of kindness in this building. Mario, the building manager, lent us a flat bed so we could more easily haul our large furniture items and stack boxes. He answers all our questions, even the meticulous ones I come up with. He keeps his door open so people can access him anytime and he's very responsive when messaging. Erik, the maintenance man, is also quite kind and helpful.
