I beg to differ.That company can only give you an Estimate on when you will receive your refund.The IRS is the one that issues your refund .The preparer can only charge you once.when they send your return off to the IRS that's it ,I have been going to them since they open and never heard a complaint like yours.Get educated on how the IRS does things and then you want be blaming people for the wrong things also they tell you your refund is an estimate as well because they don't know if you owe anything or if you will be audit... read more
