The property manager was always polite and professional. That said: The house was not even broom clean when we moved in. Gardening and pool service were included in the rent but not enough to actually use the backyard and pool. See the photos. The trees were infested with white flies but the landlord refused to treat it. The trees grew so tall that the Sunrun solar company had to keep doing shade reports because they were shading the solar panels. My husband and three small sons have been renting a lovely home in Ventura with T.R.E.E. for 1.5 years now and they've been incredibly responsive with any issue we've had! Only a few things have had issues, but every one has been addressed and quickly! One day last spring our garage just wouldn't close and someone was there within the hour, and a brand new garage motor and system was installed.
