As a Vietnam era veteran I suffer from multiple disabilities that cropped up later in life. I was struggling to properly document my issues in a manner acceptable to the VA. They are never open, they don’t answer the phone or call you back. I’m here at 2 for 3 o’clock appointment. Their lights are off and door is locked. They always cancel my appointment.

Came in today and was seen right away, no wait at all! Jessica and Shelby were awesome. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and quick. Great experience all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!
