HUGE thanks to Andy and his team and Tree and Land Masters!!! They saved us big time during the storms over the July 4 weekend. A large part of a tree fell onto our roof during a storm the night of July 4 and rain came through. Andy took our emergency call and his team got the tree off the next day. Easy to deal with and super quick service. Also, they answered the phone right away and were out the next day to provide an estimate.
I initially had a very positive experience with this company when I hired them for a tree trimming job, so I felt confident hiring them again for a large landscaping project scheduled for 04/22. Unfortunately, this experience turned into an ongoing and frustrating situation due to incomplete work, poor communication, and lack of accountability.
