I've lived here for my 6 month lease. I wouldn't even use POOR to describe this complex or this management. Poor is giving them a PRAISE. Let's start with the beginning... neighbors don't care if it's a Tuesday night they blare their music..household I understand that's your house your way of living but no this is full out Party blaring in the Parking Lot...not to mention the fun game of throwing glass beer bottles at people's cars, and the sidewalks near the area you see the kids always around.
