I had a great experience with the Tree Guys. The consultation was thorough. They showed up when they said they would, and they worked fast. We will definitely call them again for future tree work.
This company showed up unannounced on our neighbor’s property and informed us—without our approval—that they would be shutting off our internet. They assured us it would be reconnected, but when it didn’t work, they told us we’d have to book an appointment with Telus. Now Telus can’t get a technician out for a week, leaving us without internet for an extended period. They disconnected our exterior internet line and made no effort to resolve the issue they caused. Completely unprofessional and discourteous.
The Tree Guys lived up to a true family owned and local business. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. They performed everything they agreed to and more. They were respectful of our property and maneuvered their equipment as if they were in their own yard. Tree guys were friendly, quick and cleaned up everything. Highly recommended them. Great group of workers and very reasonable. Serina and Doug are great people to work with.
This family owned and operated business did a fabulous job! They were responsive to our request, gave us a fair quote, and left no trace behind. Cut down 8 trees, cleared lots of scrub and overgrown brush, and raised tree canopies on three large hemlock pines. The yard looks so open now! They were very professional and kind. I will use them again as needed in the future! I highly recommend this company! Thank you!
