He is garbage. I paid this man to come cut a tree down in my yard. The tree fell on my fence and he did not contact me at all after that. I’ve called him and called him. I will be calling the authorities. Please if you know what I know, please do not use this service from Mr. Sims. He will not return your calls or will he replaced anything that he damages on your Property!!!!!! I tried to post pictures, but it will not let me on this review.

I really didn’t want to make this review. They had a great price and came out quickly. But they didn’t have the tool to cut a certain part of my tree that they included in my rate. I paid the price in full that day expecting them to come back the next day like they said. They never showed. It’s been over a month with me constantly asking to come out. The tree is out front so I don’t need to be home. Once the job was done I was going to add a tip too.

I paid for them to cut two leaning trees down in my yard and two thinner trees. They cut one down, and it knocked down my neighbors fence, which obviously created a lot of issues. They cut down two more and did not cut down the last leaning one I paid for. I got several messages that they were going to come back on different days. They have not come back and have not responded. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM YOU

Look no further for tree removal services, I called left a voicemail had a call back within 30 mins. Met me an hour after that and showed up ready to work. Pricing was more than reasonable, and has a high level of work ethic. Very honest in assessing additional work once on the job. I’m glad the business name sold me on giving them a call. I will definitely be seeing them again for future work.

I had nothing but excellent service from this company! No complaints here! Friendly staff that knows what to do and years of experience of handling promatic trees with outstanding services.Reasonable if not some of the best price ranges I've seen out of any Sumter tree services.
