Always great service and quick turn around. The staff have an appreciation for fine bicycles and a depth of knowledge related to all things bike. Everything from fixed commuters to full suspension fat bikes and you might even find some home made baked goods.

First time customer via the web. Thank you for the wonderful mail order service and quick delivery. Not always easy to find "in stock" single speed Surly cogs in the correct size, but you have a great selection.
Not sure who I spoke to, but I called in with some questions about the trek DRCV specific parts to rebuild my Fox Float RP2. Dude remembered that they had ordered one for a customer who's shock was too far gone to rebuild. Ran out to the shop (different building), Found the part, created a part# for me, and sold it to me at a great price. Saving me ridiculous shipping and a huge markup on 2 little o-rings from Fox You guys are awesome. You just won my business forever.
