Tree Fort Bikes is a group of bikers, just like you. We ride and love to ride! That's why we opened a shop. We aren't just another company that has purchased a database of products that they can post on the web to make a buck off Cyclists. RecommendedTree Fort Bikes was the only place I could find online who carried an obscure part that was needed for an emergency bike repair. They even offered overnight shipping. They had a very quick response to messages sent through their website. In addition, when I discovered that I misdiagnosed the problem with my bike and needed to cancel my order, they were quick to respond and had excellent customer service.
Awesome place, awesome people. Brand new to biking and needed some basics as well as a tune up to smooth out just a few rumbly gears. These guys have been super honest, helpful and friendly. Will be back for anything else I need!
What a shame!!! I ordered a part that was shipped five days ago by USPS. The part is obviously lost and I need it for a ride this week. I offered to buy another part and have it shipped overnight, but was told that it would take them at least 2 days to process my order. Oh Well!!! I am disappointed after reading all the great reviews. No help here.

These guys always seem to have what I'm looking for and can't even find on ebay. They have made some very wise inventory selections which are much to my taste, and walk the fine line between acceptable quality and respectable price.
Popped in before they opened and this ridiculously nice guy - co founder - left us in to shop, hooked up a wrecked bike and set up some boots!! Total race day saver!�� Happy bike, happy life! Thank you Tree Fort!
These guys are awesome! Placed a few orders online lately and customer service is EXCELLENT. Had an order that was held up by 1 day. I called and they explained the situation, thanked me for letting them know and shipped it out next day air for free. Again this was only a problem for 1 day. Most companies wouldn't do much about that and let it go. I will be ordering again!
