Tree Fort Bikes is a group of bikers, just like you. We ride and love to ride! That's why we opened a shop. We aren't just another company that has purchased a database of products that they can post on the web to make a buck off Cyclists. RecommendedI bought tires and one ripped after one ride. I emailed Treefort about assisting with a warranty claim and was helped and offered a solution immediately! Not only was my issue resolved right away, the communication and eagerness to help was fantastic. Awesome service, awesome packaging and super fast shipping/handling. I highly recommend this company and have already referred them to friends.

Had a great experience today at this bike shop. Very friendly and service oriented. Thank you for taking such good care of me on short notice. I know you are super busy but I appreciate you taking care of my bike as I train for a ride in early August. Will be back for sure.
These guys completely messed up the dropper post on my mountain bike. I strongly do NOT recommend going to this bike shop. I tried to work things out with the service manager at the time (looked to be about 18 years old...) and he wasn't helpful at all. It took a lot of calls and effort, but I did finally get a hold of the owner. Dont do curbside pickup at this place unless u want to wait for people trying to figure out what size bike they want and told to wait until your turn.
Order took 10 days to receive and upon receiving the wrong bike was sent. 1st time ordering a bike online and will be my last.
Ordered from these guys a few times and have been very pleased. Prices are always competitive and shipping is very reasonable. They're also fairly local so it's nice to order from them vs corporate America!
These guys go the extra mile where it counts customer service is amazing their selection and prices are top notch support your local bike shop these guys are an excellent choice
