The crews have always provided excellent service. Patience with our questions, knowledgeable about what we want/need done, creative with solutions, careful with our property and gardens, beautiful work, clean up is always done well, and they always double check to make sure they have done what we have requested.
Tree Doctors was referred to me by other landscape experts when my citrus trees started suffering as a result of the extra high summer temps and fewer monsoons. For awhile I was afraid I might lose them but I called and they were very responsive and I was very happy to have certified arborists taking care of them. Called 1 week ago to get an estimate to have a dead tree and stump removed....still waiting for that return call. If I cannot get a return call, I cannot trust them.
I’ve had Tree Doctors trim my ficus tree 3 times. Daniel the arborist is very helpful and seems quite knowledgeable. I love to watch the crew do there thing and there cleanup job is excellent. I will keep using them.
