We've had the trees around our utility lines trimmed in past years, I believe, by ***** tree service. They were always very careful with our beautiful trees in our front yard and I have always been pleased. This year ******** **** hired Tree Care (probably on the cheap) and they literally cut my trees in half! Highly disrespectful employees. Employees did not represent themselves truthfully. Employee would not own his poor behavior. Employees had no identification on them whatsoever. Would not explain their actions. Employees proceeded with actions that would place a developmentally disabled individual in physical peril. Would not provide contact name(s) to verify identity and purpose. Business seems to be quite unprofessional. I get the impression that this firm is likely to dodge taking responsibility for poor service.

They hacked a tree in my front yard. They were supposed “trim” around the power lines but they took big branches down that did not need to be removed. My tree looks ridiculous the way the workers hacked it with a pole saw instead of getting up in a bucket to properly trim the branches. I have lived her for almost 10 years and have never seen anything like this. Couldn’t ask for a better company! They were a TAD bit more than another estimate but the professionalism, knowledge, speed of starting the job and just great customer service from the first phone call, on site estimate to the job site demeanor, care for the property while working SOLD ME!! Great job Tree Care!! I’d use you again and again if I had another tree lol I’ll post a pic of what they had to work with...
Highly recommend. We had several dead ash trees to be removed. Crew was done within a few hours. Everything completed and cleaned up as quoted.
An exceptional company. They have done several jobs for me. Everyone was done professionally and with through cleanup when completed. In an emergency they were immediately responsive and always prompt for scheduled work. Staff are all pleasant and helpful. Always recommend to anyone I know who needs tree services.
