Alice always knew she wanted to run a business that made people smile, so in 2003, she decided to do it in the best way possible -- she moved to Florida and opened an ice cream shop. Treats on the Beach is the cheerful stand every beach town should have. With 25 flavors of hand-scooped ice cream and a menu full of hamburgers, hot dogs, and other summery snacks, it's no wonder tourists and locals flock to them after a day in the sun. And Alice gets to live out her dream every day -- there's no shortage of smiles around here!

We lucked out when we got there, no line. All of our orders were spot on and delish. We will be returning next year!
I was waiting in line and it finally came my turn, I walked up to the window and no body waited on me. I stood at the window for 3-5 minutes and not one of the 5 ladies inside acknowledged my existence. Super disappointed as I've heard good things. However not my experience, so I walked down to mango tango and spent my money there. �

I use to go there all the time. Took a 96 year old there and got yelled at by the owner for getting her a kiddie cone! As a business owner myself I would never yell at a customer! Lost my business and make sure to tell everyone I know!
Always enjoy a treat from here. Tip: get your ice cream in a cup or get lists of napkins. Ice cream melts quickly at the beach.
Went two nights in a row. The kids loved it. I had double scoop coffee and chocolate fudge brownie. Very yummy

Love Treats on the Beach. We go every time we visit New Smyrna Beach. Had the cake batter this time. It was fantastic.
Treats on the Beach was our nightly stop during our vacation at New Smyrna Beach. Their hand dipped ice cream does not disappoint, since they stock a large variety of flavors. In addition, the soft serve is thick and rich and delicious. We enjoyed meeting other vacationers, as well locals, while enjoying our treats on the covered side patio.
