This was my first time coming here and Ann did my pedicure. This was the most gentle pedicure I've ever had. I only came because I had a gift certificate I don't live in Evanston anymore.

I am greatly disappointed in new ownership. They put plastic bags in the bowl, I don’t want my feet in plastic it’s slippery and doesn’t feel good. The worst is the scrub and lotion products they use is cheap, smells awful and doesn’t feel good. The reason they were good previously is that they knew that’s why people came back is because of good products. I do like they don’t do acrylic so I don’t have to smell it. But sadly because of the cheap lotions and plastic I need to go elsewhere.

About six months ago the woman doing my nails took one look at my toes and said “what did you to to your feet” in a disgusted manner and I have never been so embarrassed. I had some calluses but that’s it. I have been anxious to go to a nail salon ever since and honestly shame on that woman - that was so disrespectful and I am still self conscious about it to this day

This was my first visit and I was genuinely impressed. The salon is spotlessly clean from the tools to the chairs, everything looked carefully maintained. I really appreciated how they unwrapped sanitized tools right in front of me and used high-quality care products throughout the service. It felt like they truly cared about hygiene and nail health, not just aesthetics. The tech was gentle and detail oriented, and my nails turned out beautiful. Will definitely be coming back!
