I cannot say enough great things about the team at Treat MH. Every person I worked with was kind, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping. I’m truly grateful to Terrain for her patience and empathetic listening during a very difficult moment for me. The day we spoke, I was experiencing a severe panic attack and was in a highly vulnerable state, crying uncontrollably. On her kind advice, I took the SOS medication prescribed by my psychiatrist—something I had been instructed to use only in emergencies. Her support helped me stabilize and likely prevented another visit to the ER. I was home alone that day, and her guidance made all the difference.
