I went in for a milkshake today. Rather than use the milkshake machine, the person making it, chose to use the blender. I heard their colleague asking them why (I was wondering myself) and they said something like "I don't want to deal with all that". As one might expect, my "milkshake" was very thin. At over $9, I I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of effort and care. Also, whoever is controlling the AC in there could maybe help the staff by cooling things off in there.
