My review on this clinic is for the front desk staff.. not sure if they don’t understand English? I called in to advise that my husband and my self had an appointment with our doctor and he had to send the prescription refill to the pharmacy..The pharmacy had advised they had not received the prescription from the doctor I had to explain this to the front desk staff member 5 times while being put on hold 4 times. The doctors, front desk staff and everyone else are amazing here. So happy this is close to where I live.
By far, this has been the best clinic I’ve accessed primary health care through. The Physicians are supportive, understanding and knowledgeable.
The front desk staff are not properly trained. The lady called me about a doctor that's not mine and proceeds to discuss tests but can't confirm the right doctor. When I requested for her to review the file and call me back she hung up the phone. The lack of professionalism is staggering. This is not the first time I have experienced poor communication from the front desk at this facility. Dr. Amy Baker is great!
