A complete disaster. walls, and the ceilings are full of humidity and mold, damaging all my belongings and endangering both my health and my wife ones. They came and tried to fix some of the damage, but the truth is they didn't do anything, and it's all a complete nightmare. 0 stars to this building its a nightmare living here my apt is full of black toxic mold also my furniture is covered with this mold!!!!! They only care about there rent but what about fixing all this problems i got since 8 months what about my health issues with severe allergies!!! When you go to the office all they said write it in the maintenance portal with no solution at all.The building is a completely nasty mess.
You don't want to live here. Out of three elevators, at best maybe one is working at any given time. The service elevator has been out of use since May 2021 (it's now January 2022). As I write this, in fact, there are no elevators working, and this has happened many many times in the 2+ years I have lived here. Bad pet owners leave puddles in the elevators and feces all over the grounds; you can smell it in the parking garage. Beware do not move in here if you value you sanity, your livelihood or your credit. I gave ample notice in writing during lockdown. Tried to reach the community repeatedly, was very kind to the manager and very understanding and she was working with me, or so I thought. I didn’t get my deposit back and was waiting on it for quite a while, then was notified by a collections agency that I owed them a months worth of rent!
