My daughters Love Treasured Smiles! My youngest had some work done last week and in the middle of it she says “you are my favorite dentist!” They are the BEST! If you have kids with anxiety or fear of the dentist, this is the place to go!!!
I’m always nervous when my children need dental work. Today was especially nerve wracking since I had to take my oldest in for a cracked tooth (molar). Dr. De la Cruz was so patient and kind. She took her time to explain every step needed to help my child. She praised him for following all of her instructions during the procedure. We left feeling much better than when we walked in. A huge thank you to Dr. De la Cruz and her amazing support staff. They’re all such wonderful people.
Once again another great experience. This was my daughter’s 3rd visit and my son’s 1st visit. Dr. De La Cruz and her staff are wonderful. My kids were totally at ease the entire time. The play area in the waiting room is so fun for them. And the tv in the exam room is also super helpful. Dr. Dr La Cruz also speaks Spanish, which I think added to my kids’ comfort level since we raise them in a bilingual environment. Definitely recommend this practice to anyone with pediatric dental needs!
Dr.DLC and staff are wonderful, we recently went to the office because my grandchild was in terrible pain and she and her staff were able to see squeeze us in and help comfort him. He needs work to be done and we have scheduled it, we are so glad to have found such a great place, and we had nothing but wonderful experiences with the whole team. Thank you again Dr.DLC!
We originally loved this dentist and practice, now you couldn't pay me to bring my children here. All of the dental work Dr. De La Cruz performed on my son had to be redone by a different dentist. My son experienced pain and emotional trauma because of her negligence and bad work. I recently learned of 4 other patients of hers who unfortunately had the same experience. I have reported her the VA dental board. Avoid this practice!!
My 5 year old daughter saw Dr. De La Cruz yesterday, after switching dentists to be closer to our house...SHE'S AMAZING! And, the staff is warm and welcoming. See y'all in 6 months. :)
My daughter had a previous bad experience at age 3 which lead to extreme fear and anxiety. We had been to 3 previous dentist practices including 2 pediatric dentist. When we were recommended to Dr. De La Cruz everything changed. At 5 years old we could only count teeth the first appointment but that didn’t bother Dr. De La Cruz. She was so patient and understanding. My daughter is 9 and she just had her first set of X-rays and a cleaning all by herself!
