Dr. McKenzie is sloppy, incompetent, inconsiderate, and terrible with children. Though it looks like some other reviewers have had better experiences with her, I note that she gives patients giftcards in exchange for positive reviews. My two young children were patients of Dr. McKenzie from 2025-2026; though we have had problems with her from the beginning, we put up with her because her office was conveniently located downtown.
