One star is for the excellent care provider they gave us. After the caretaker was in place, the business supplied little or no support to the client or their employee. I will say this: If you hire these people, review CAREFULLY the contract before you sign it. If you want to work for these people, CAREFULLY read the contract you are required to sign. I’ve been able to serve others with Matt and Teresa for close to a couple years before and I’d recommend it to anyone! Not only was it a great work experience and an even better work environment, but this type of work 100% leaves an impact on both the client, their family, and the care taker (you).
