RecommendedYes, it's possible to continue biking, hiking, skiing, swimming, dancing, yoga, pilates, running, etc. as we age.....especially when there are folks like Ellen at Treasure Valley Rossiter to assist with the stretching that aligns and balances us. Ellen has helped me work out some chronic hip issues that have built up over the years. I highly recommend Rossiter for those wanting to continue a balanced and active life.
