I took my children's this place for years, and they know my son very very well and know his special needs that being said he was told he was getting one tooth extracted they pulled five he is now terrified bled all night and the office was extremely rude same day I left the office with both of my children and registered them for a new dental office becuase the new dental office took care of me better then these guys on the same day. if you have a special needs child I would not take your child to this Dentistry we will traum... read more
I would definitely not recommend this Dentistry Office anymore I used to go there with both of my kids for many years and dr. Roy Rogers was at one time amazing but yesterday my son went in for one tooth extraction he does have special needs and at the last minute they decided to pull 5 I asked them to reschedule and they said it would just be best to get it done now and refuse to allow me to reschedule to have him do the extractions with my son asleep so he wouldn't be traumatised for the dentist.. Recommendedsuper friendly, nice, patient staff. staff works so perfectly with my kids especially the one who has high anxiety. Roger's Is attentive and explains things if needed.
I'm surprised with all the 5-star reviews, actually. First of all, my son went in for a "small filling" as Dr. Rodgers put it. He took it upon himself to drill my sons tooth down to a raw nub and began cementing in a silver crown. I sat there in shock because not one person had communicated this with me beforehand or received my permission. If I would have known he was going to do this, I would have told him to leave the cavity as I am certain his tooth will not heal underne...Continue Reading
Dr Rogers and his staff is incredible. My son had a serious absess on a saturday. He was up all night miserable and crying.. First thing that morning they got some antibiotics called in, when that didnt work and we ended up in the ER, him and his assistant were right there to make him feel better and get it taken care of. I appreciate the genuine gentle care they always provide when it comes to my childs dental care. 5 stars without a doubt.
Dr. Rodgers is fantastic. He great with disabled children. We have 2 autistic children and he does great with them
