Zero customer service ! Never return any messages. I rented a unit paid for online\n But they won't let me into my unit. They gave me a key number which doesn't even work. And they won't answer any phone calls. Answer any email messages, answer any text messages, nothing. They won't return my money.

I thought the price and units were good, and being able to rent it online was a nice automated set up. However, good luck trying to cancel it. Maybe it was just the holiday season but I called multiple times, left messages, texted, and messaged on the website. I believe Seth is the one that runs it and the only reason I was able to cancel was because he called my wife back who was setting up a unit but not me which goes to show something. The facility is fenced and secured. Cameras for security. My biggest complaint is the lack of staff. We have never seen or spoken with an employee. The only contact number is for Seth and I have never spoken or received a call back from this person.
