No, they've never taken personal calls with me Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes Was the wait time for your appointment reasonable once you got to the office? Absolutely

Are you going to visit this senior care facility again? Without a doubt! Did this senior care facility use current and safe equipment? Yes, the equipment is very advanced! Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this senior care facility clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely Not!

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, I think I could have gotten better service elsewhere

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was downright irritating! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Not at all; the equipment is dangerous! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Yes, it was almost unbearable Did you feel safe in this provider's care? No, I was scared Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected
