Here on vacation and needed a place to do my workout for my new knee. Excellent location, 24 hours, clean, great equipment and staff very helpful. Thank you

Great gym if you aren't ever leaving. I went in and cancelled before I moved. I have since called and canceled my membership 3 times in the last 3 months and I am still getting charged. I guess the only way to leave is cancelling your credit card. Disappointing considering the quality of the gym
Great place, small hometown feel, very clean, friendly staff, glad I found this spot to keep on track while visiting, sad to leave this morning but can't wait to come back in October I will definitely be back �
The remodel is great! Just rejoined and happy I did so. This gym is perfect for a great workout without feeling self-Conscience.
Great place, great atmosphere, friendly members and staff! Not big but has what you need! Highly recommend if your in the Treasure Island area and need a place to workout.
Never crowded, and has everything you need. The owner is a really good guy, and makes sure all of his members are taken care of.
