Paid hundreds of dollars in training for over 3 months. Decided to stop because my trainer the owner was never on time(sometimes didn't even show)and constantly changed my training time, unprofessional! I asked him to return my log/book back so I could keep my routine going and he's refused. Who does that? Even doctors offices need to give you your records.
A fair amount of equipment in a small space but the owner was very rude! I did not feel comfortable and will not be back!

RecommendedExcellent gym to use while at the beach and trying to stay on track in the gym. Facility and equipment is clean and the owner is very accomodating! Has everything from cardio equipment to machines to free weights. Was there last summer for a week getting ready for a bikini competition and plan on being back this summer vacation to stay on track for my 2nd pro show!
