I have emailed twice asking about spare parts with no response.......not too happy with customer support. So I get a response quickly from TG, suggesting going thru a dealer or Casual Furniture Solutions.........both of which I have already tried, and been advised by BOTH to contact TG directly as their attempts get them no where as well on spare parts......very frustrating.
If you want robust warranty and customer support go elsewhere. We will never buy another of their products.

Purchased a $1000.00 umbrella in 2018 along with $7000 of other products from The Great Escape. In 2021 the umbrella started to come apart at the top(as the last umbrella from this company did) and in 2022 came completely apart. When contacting their distributor I was told that the umbrella was no longer under warranty and in fact the umbrella was discontinued.
