The staff are amazing! From the time you check in to the time you leave, you are greeted and treated with respect. I see Jennifer NRP, she takes her time and you don’t feel rushed and you feel like she actually wants to get to the root of the issue. She is soft spoken and has a great bed side manner. The Medical Assistants are great there as well. I’ve never had to see Dr. Pearl, but I’ve heard great things about him as well.
My first visit did not go to well which is why I was hesitant to come back. I’ll start with my first visit it was to the urgent care side and let me tell you that gal at the front desk was not pleasant at all and extremely rude, when I asked her what her name was because she didn’t have a name tag on she rudely said excuse me I again asked her what her name was and she finally rudely blurred out my name is Trisha and my title is urgent care lead. she spoke to me in a very dry tone and did not show any empathy almost as if I ... read more
