Very positive experience with my sales person Michael Klein. He handled everything online with me and had the paperwork ready at the dealership upon my arrival. He was knowledgable and pleasant to work with. A great asset to the dealership. I give the dealership overall 4 out of 5 stars. I was purchasing a used Lexus and upon my driving it and review of the overall condition there was items that should have been addressed before I saw the car.
